Qualifications School education – Grade 12
Computer literate
MS Office skills – Excel, Word and Outlook
Fluent – English (speak, read and write)

Experience Minimum 1 year

1. Messenger
2. Access control Ordering access card, keeping database updated
3. Stationary Control, hand out and order stationary
4. Consumables Control, hand out and order consumables
5. Invoices – cost allocations
6. Managing pool vehicles, e-toll account and drivers
7. Assisting Administration Superintendent with any ad-hoc task
8. Liaising with suppliers for repairs and maintenance to the buildings
9. Managing switchboard – ad hoc stand in for receptionists
