SALARY : R270 804+37% = R371 001 in lieu of benefits per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
CENTRE : Justice College: Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : A 3 year Degree / National Diploma in Commerce, Accounting; Business Administration or Economics; A minimum of 3 year experience in Lean Management/ Process management/ continuous improvement or Business Process Re-engineering; A valid driver’s lisence. Skills and Competencies: Applying Technology; People management and Development skills; Continuous Improvement; Planning and Organizing; Team Leadership; Researcher and analytical skills; Presentation and facilitation skills; Client orientation and Customer focus skills; Project management skills; Advanced Excel and Statistical software skills; Report writing skills; Communication skills (verbal and written); Change management skills.

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Provide training to users in OpEX programme; Deploy Lean Management Principles at Facilities; Implement compliance to the provisions, manage the workflow and quality outputs; Maintain and improve targets and achievements at deployed facilities; Provide effective people management.
