Org de Rac Wine Estate is situated near Piketberg in the Swartland-area, and is one of the first wine farms in South Africa committed to 100% certified organic wine-farming. Org de Rac Wine Estate has an exciting opportunity available for a detail-oriented individual with excellent bookkeeping skills and a structured approach to work, who enjoys working closely with a small team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Monthly debtors reconciliation *Sending debtors statement each month, followed by outstanding payment follow-ups *Creditors reconciliation, age analysis, and monthly payment processing *COD payments processing *Bank reconciliation for different bank accounts *Monthly stock reconciliation *Management of petty cash *Monthly cash flow reporting *Budget figures for KPI meetings conducted monthly *Assisting with EEA2 and EEA4 documentation *Collection of salary information for auditors to process payroll *POS control and cash-ups *Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts *All other tasks related to the role.

 

Essential minimum qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office & accounting software);
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Own reliable transport.
