Requirements:
 Minimum one year’s experience within the hotel industry in a similar position
 Hotel School Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
 Must be able to work shifts and weekends
 Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette
 Property Management System (PMS) experience is required
 Computer literate
 Well-presented and well spoken
 Shows initiative as well as innovation
 Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional guest experience
 Embraces challenge and demonstrates self discipline and a willingness to learn
 Driver’s license an advantage
 Have knowledge of hotel, facilities, and surrounds
 Subscribes to Oudewerf Hotel’s values, service & leadership ethic
