Requirements:
Specialist competencies:
 Comprehensive knowledge in all beverages & spirits (whiskeys, brandy’, gins), beers and wine
 Cocktail making knowledge and skill
 Advanced Barista skills
 Experience in similar upmarket establishment necessary
 Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
 Understanding of POS and speed point machine operations
 Excellent attendance, performance track record and references
 Must be passionate about hospitality
 Well-presented and well spoken
 Shows initiative as well as innovation
 Prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional guest experience
 Daily stock taking skills and knowledge of open
stock
