Job Summary:
Neat and professional:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team leadership
• Generalist HR competencies including, but not limited to EE; IR; Skills Development; Change Management, Performance Management; Recruitment & Selection; OD, REM; Wellness, BBBEE etc.
• Financial Acumen (prepare and manage HR budgets).
• Understanding of SABPP Standards
Requirements:
HR Degree/ Diploma from a recognised tertiary education institution.
• Minimum three years’ experience as HR Generalist managing an HR department.
• Sage People experience beneficial.
• Own transport.
• Use Windows 365 advantage.
• Track record of Leadership
