The Management accountant is responsible to provide financial support and to perform an accurate and efficient month-end close, to produce and analyse all monthly/quarterly financial reports related to Operations and Fibre; and to ensure internal audit, external audit and Budget/Planning processes all run effectively and comply to required legislation while meeting all deadlines related to Operations and Fibre. The Management Accountant provides decision support to the Sales, Capital Projects and Operations teams and gives input to the ROI (Return on Investment) process, with the guidance of the Financial Modeller. This position reports to the Finance Manager – Operations and works closely with the Project Accountant role and they should be able to work interchangeably.

Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts for the Fibre business both Opex and Capex
2. Prepare monthly management accounts for Tower Operations, Capital projects and Permitting lines of business(both Opex and Capex)
3. Provide full visibility of the Operations P & L per site, region, tenancy, vendors etc
4. Production design and analysis of the monthly/quarterly financial reports.
5. Prepare site profitability information and work with relevant teams to increase profitability
6. Ensure timely, accurate reporting to internal and Group stakeholders
7. Super-user for GL and overall responsibility for the effective management of the Oracle system
8. Business partner with the LOB’s to find cost savings and ensure cost assurance

Desired Experience & Qualification:
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Commerce, Cima , Chartered Accountant

EXPERIENCE:
Financial accounting and cost management experience;

Oracle Financials preferable

MUST COME FROM IT/TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY
