Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Senior)
Location: Cape Town

Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Details:

A highly successful international listed company who offers remote and international opportunities. This client looks for high achievers who wish to work with the best on a global playing field.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing the entire talent acquisition process: from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, while providing a high-quality candidate experience.
Recruiting / hiring high quality talent, you will be the ambassador to the talent pool, communicating mission, culture and value proposition.
Sourcing passive candidates through outbound recruiting efforts, inbound candidate generation, and employee referrals.
Maintaining a high valued experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary Degree

Relevant Skills & Experience:

5 years technical recruitment experience (ideally a combination of external and internal recruitment).
Strong IT knowledge
Strong communication skills.
