Job Title: Business Consultant (French Speaking)
Location: Johannesburg

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Details:

Role Responsibilities:
Contributing towards the use of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, and transforming their operational and business processes.
Defining a solution that matches client’s needs and taking ownership of functional and solution requirements.
Engaging with the customer to understand the requirement, analyse and document by using the best practice.
Guiding the program team by sharing the solution requirements to understand their areas of focus.
Providing leadership / mentorship to other Business Consultants, including performance management, and competency development.
Defining stories and prioritising the team backlog to improve the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business

Relevant Skills / Experience:
4 years’ experience as a business or software consultant in the telecommunications domain.
Experience with an integrated BSS solution and several products within the portfolio.
Experience with customer engagements and project management responsibilities.
Proficient in English in a business environment.
Fluent in French.
