Job Title: Senior Test Manager – Saudi or remote
Location: Riyadh

Job Summary::
Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a remote position.

Client Details:
A highly successful international listed company who offers remote and international opportunities. This client looks for high achievers who wish to work with the best on a global playing field.

Role Responsibilities:
Managing all test activities for the E2E solution.
Providing overall leadership and communication to the various test teams.
Managing and maintaining the strategy for System Integration Testing and following the Best Practice defined procedures and processes.
Managing and providing input to the Project Quality Plan; reviewing and approving the plan to ensure it meets the defined standards and outputs.
Managing and maintaining a positive relationship with the client.
Managing expectations with respect to test deliverables and schedules.
Acting as a trusted/expert advisor and resource.
Providing consultation to clients on test approach, plans and methodology.
Providing timely consultation to Test Leads and Project Managers on test estimations, testing strategy, test creation, execution and results.
Ensuring test entry/exit criteria are identified, agreed on and fulfilled for System Integration Testing and within project and test targets.
Working with the Best Practice team to instigate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Taking on supervisory responsibility and providing input on team performance.
Providing reporting on test status, defects, risks and metrics definition for System Integration Testing.
Ensuring the necessary tools are available and provided to the testing team.
Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resources for the various teams are executed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Advanced level of ISTQB.

Relevant Skills / Experience:
10+ years testing experience.
7 years test leadership experience in large implementation/software development projects.
Advanced knowledge of QA, automation and end-to-end Software Testing.
Quick to adapt to project requirements, traceability and verification and validation.
Proven track record of leading test strategies and approaches.
Exposure to working in or with Agile teams.
Capable of high level test design and risk recommendation and management.
Experience in a distributive software environment and application testing with a multifaceted team.
Proven track record for KPI, metrics definition and management reporting.
Highly developed leadership skills with ability to lead medium to large groups.
Experience in a consulting environment, with significant client contact.
Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Preferred hands on experience with:
RTM (Rational Test Manager) | RQM | UNIX | Linux | SQL (Oracle).

Riyadh – Office based or remote.
