Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Cape Town

Job Summary:
Role Responsibilities:
Drafting of project plans.
Hosting regular internal as well as external project meetings.
Owning a project from inception till sign-off.
Maintaining and updating of allocated projects.
Compiling / reviewing Use Case diagrams and System Integration Diagrams.
Compiling / submitting weekly project update reports.
Maintaining and contributing to the knowledge-base on SharePoint.
Creation and compiling of scope of work document.
Ensuring all requirements are fulfilled for the finance department.
Project profitability reporting.
Change management and logging of changes.
Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings or operational meetings.
Periodic site visits (when required).
Logging development enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification

Relevant Skills / Experience:
2+ years experience in an SDLC environment
IT Project management experience
Agile / Scrum experience preferred
Certified (Agile, PMI, Prince2)
Knowledge / experience in the following tools would be beneficial
Tempo
ASANA
JIRA
