Job Title: Business Consultant
Location: Braga

Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Details:

A highly successful international listed company who offers remote and international opportunities. This client looks for high achievers who wish to work with the best on a global playing field.

Role Responsibilities:
Functional specifications for key elements of the customer solution.
Consideration of non-functional elements such as usability & ease of operations.
Acting as the voice of the customer in relation to key elements of the solution.
Providing input and leadership to design, development, and test teams through the project lifecycle.
Leading workshops, establishing key relationships to drive through to design ideation and solution delivery.
Identifying, tracking and resolving issues with regard to elements of solution functionality.
Working with project management and architect teams to prioritise, sequence and plan solution delivery.
Following best practices for solution specification and documentation.
Conducting work that is complex and varied in nature, translating business requirements to system requirements.

Relevant Skills / Experience:
3 – 5 years’ experience in the following:
Customer facing roles and knowledge of application software projects/programs with IT systems.
Consulting or software implementation environments contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines.
In-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends.
Knowledge of the following: Wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models, etc.
Experience working within a full cycle software development project.
Familiarity with stakeholders and collateral for requirements management.
