The PEP Stores has a vacant position available for a Data Capturer to an application that will be appointed successfully based on whether he/she meets the requirements for this opportunity. The main purpose of this opportunity to an application that will be appointed successfully is to capture and match all stock related invoices with goods received to enable allocation payment.
Requirements and Duties:
Requirements:

>>Grade 12 with Accounting

>> 1-year clerical experience within a finance department would be advantageous

>>Computer literacy (MS Office)

>>Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

Duties:

>>Opening and distributing mail

>>Capturing of invoices

>>Handling of queries/price differences and unit differences with suppliers and buyers

>>Allocating purchases to relevant stores/distribution centers

>>Filing

>>Ad hoc reporting duties

>>Planning, organizing and control

>>Detail orientation

>>Service orientation

>>Communication

>Stress tolerance and ability to work in a team as well as independently
