PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To coordinate the Pepkor Group Services office activities and provide assistance to the Group Services Executive as well as the Legal Team in the daily running of their offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 General management of executive’s office (including diary management)
 Budget control for department
 Office reception and screening of calls
 Planning and organising functions and meetings
 Travel and accommodation arrangements
 Typing of correspondence
 General administration duties (ordering stationery, filing, etc)
 Compiling management reports
 Translation of documents
 Preparation of presentations
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

 Grade 12
 Secretarial Diploma
 Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express
 Minimum of 5 years experience as secretary to senior management
 Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
 Competencies required: Problem assessment; Decision making; Planning, organising and control; Detail orientation; Service orientation; Stress tolerance; Communication and Building and maintaining relationships
