This position provides general executive secretarial services and personal assistance to the Director & General Manager, and other groups. The position operates at a very high level within the Company, as well as Nationally & Internationally.

Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications:
· Matric qualification plus secretarial diploma or equivalent
· Min 15 years’ experience in a PA/Admin Assistant role, 5 years of those in a senior PA/Admin Assistant position in a large manufacturing environment
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Maintains discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information
· Able to speak and write English and Afrikaans
· Prepared to work longer hours when required
