SALARY : An inclusive Remuneration Package of Salary Notch: R183 438.00 Per annum (Salary
Level 7).Per annum. This Package can be structured according to the individual’s
personal needs. The successful candidate will have to sign an annual performance
agreement, annually disclose his/her financial interests and be subjected to a security
clearance.
CENTRE : Head Office, Pietermaritzburg
REQUIREMENTS : A Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification with three to five years relevant
experience in rendering a support service to the management; Language skills and ability
to communicate well with people at different levels and from different background.
Knowledge, Skills, Training and competencies: Professional office etiquette, excellent
administrative practices, organizational and planning skills; Knowledge of office
administration; Ability to track documents, storage and retrieval; Ability to take initiative
and work within minimum supervision; Good communication (verbal and written) and
interpersonal skills
DUTIES : Provide a secretarial/ receptionist support service to the manager; Render administrative
support services; Provides support to manager regarding meetings, Supports the
manager with the administration of the manager’s budget, Studies the relevant Public
Service and departmental prescripts/policies and other documents and ensure that the
application thereof is understood properly.
