- Management of all correspondence
- Management and maintenance of filing system
- Arrangement of local and international travel
- Prepared presentations/documents/Minutes/Monthly Reports with attention to detail
- Key Stakeholder interface
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Provided secretarial and general administrative/office-related functions to the General Manager Human Resource
- Processing requisitions orders via electronic procurement systems
- Support and assist division management
- Arranging of functions and meetings
- Manage diary and screening of calls
- People Management (Refreshment Officer and Receptionist)
