Multichoice is the leading multichannel digital satellite television operator across the African continent and is currently in search of a Personal Assistant reporting to the HR General Manager. OUTPUTS:

(Products, services, programs and information which the individual must provide to external individuals or groups, or one another to accomplish the organisation’s mission and strategy)

  • Management of all correspondence
  • Management and maintenance of filing system
  • Arrangement of local and international travel
  • Prepared presentations/documents/Minutes/Monthly Reports with attention to detail
  • Key Stakeholder interface
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Provided secretarial and general administrative/office-related functions to the General Manager Human Resource
  • Processing requisitions orders via electronic procurement systems
  • Support and assist division management
  • Arranging of functions and meetings
  • Manage diary and screening of calls
  • People Management (Refreshment Officer and Receptionist)

COMPETENCIES:
