SALARY : R123 738 per annum (including Benefits)

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12, the qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of PERSAL and human resources management in the public services.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) skills. Good organizational and
people management skills. Computer literacy in MS word, MS Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure.


DUTIES : Assist in recruitment and selection process in the department. Assist in capturing
transactions on PERSAL, appointments, resettlement, probations, leave and
other general conditions of services. Implement and maintain HR policies and
compliance thereof. Liaise with various stakeholders pertaining to all HR matters.
Assist in managing the HR Registry as well as response handling of incoming
