SALARY : R123 738 per annum plus benefits
CENTRE : Kouga Sub-District office (Humansdorp)


REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. The applicant must have knowledge of registry duties
practices as well as the ability to capture data, and operate a computer. Working
knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing the Public
Service. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working
environment. Understanding of the work in registry. Knowledge of Persal.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel (competency levels will be tested
during interviews). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
coordinate and plan activities. Knowledge of Departmental HR Policies.


DUTIES : Implement Human Resource Administration practices with regards to recruitment
and selection. Implement conditions of services, Performance Management
Systems, PILIR, terminations of service. Address HR administration enquiries,
preparation and submission of HR documents to the District Office.
