REQUIREMENTS : Matric certificate plus a relevant NQF level 6 in Human Resource
Management/Public Management. A minimum of 1-2 years proven relevant
experience in Human Resource Management or related field. KNOWLEDGE,

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Knowledge in Public Service Acts and
regulations while PERSAL literacy will be an added advantage, Valid driver’s
license (attach copy), Report writing skill. Communication Skills. Computer
Proficiency skills will be tested.

DUTIES : Facilitate the advertisement of posts. Facilitate recruitment of personnel. Facilitate
Appointments, transfers, translations and secondment of personnel. Facilitate
probationary appointments. Restructure SMS and MMS packages.
