National Retail Operations Manager is accountable for acquiring all training required to deliver the Core Selling Skills as an Account Manager. This is achieved by delivering excellence in the Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Shelving, Pricing and Merchandising) and building strong collaborative customer relationships.
Learn all the Selling skills required to deliver again core selling skills
Develop Category and Product knowledge to support sell to customers.
Acquire all the Sales Fundamentals Skills required to deliver the Core Selling Skills
Deliver with excellence Shopper Based Design (SBD) to build superior in-store presence in all customers in her/his area
Develop strong working relationships with key customer decision makers – Owners and Buyers
Understand in-depth customers’ systems and Processes
Implement merchandising plans
Understand the process to reduce Out Of Stock
Implement Monthly Priorities as per the Key Account Managers Input to NRO.
Track and timely communicate any Competitive activity and information
Use Basic Financial Acumen to sell in against Data
Summary of Job Requirements:
· MInimum of a University Degree
· Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
· Good command of the English
· No prior working experience required
· Be willing to face a new challenge every day
