SALARY : R123 738 per annum (Plus benefits)

CENTRE : Odi district hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Candidate must be in possession of Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1 year
experience in provisioning. The candidate should also have the following
knowledge and skills: computer skills, project management, good communication
skills, departmental policies, PFMA and Treasury Regulations.

DUTIES : Procure stock for pharmacy. Manage provisioning administration (posting) in the
pharmacy; ensure efficiency in receiving and dispatching of stock. Manage
commitment register and reconcile stock (VA10 and VA11). Create invoice for
wards for issued stock. Compile and submit statistics, do weekly and monthly
reports. Assist in stocktaking and execute all work related instruction as
requested by the supervisor.
