Job Title: Digital & Social Media Marketer

The purpose of the Digital & Social Media Marketer, is to be responsible for the administration, content development and management of social media sites (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to maximise engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Website Blog and Newsletter
• Develop email list and email marketing
• Build social media presence and build or manage online communities as needed
• Develop campaigns for exhibits, events or general promotion
• Create, schedule and post on social media, groups or forums
• Develop and deploy General Online marketing procedures
• Analyse reports and optimise based on testing or reports
• Generate reports tracking progress beyond the base analytics if required
• Drive Return on Investment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the nonprofit sector increasing and managing large accounts on social media that drives engagement and converts to donors or other calls to action
• English language fluency
• Consistent and attention to detail
• 100% Transparency
• Creativity
