A leader in the ICT space is seeking a Land Management/Property Specialist to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator who has worked with leases and landlords.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Land Management/Property Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
Education:
Relevant Diploma/Degree or extensive experience

Skills/Experience required:
5 – 8 years’ experience in Property Management/ Property Leasing Negotiation/ Property Acquisition or related field.
Proven negotiation experience
Town Planning and legal experience will be an advantage
Telecommunication industry experience required

Job Description:
Responsible for executing all regional activities related to negotiating lease renewals exercising lease term options, terminations.
Manage the negotiation process of additional property expansion to accommodate new customers
Ensuring lease termination in line with TLA termination where applicable
Managing DC and Solar roll out within portfolio
Colocation and Fibre – ensuring time to market, immediate execution, and negotiation
