Vacancy Details

A dynamic company based in City Deep is looking for a Receptionist

Duties:

• Reporting to the COO
• Not overseeing any staff
• Answer switchboard and screen calls (8 lines & 40 extensions)
• Filing (Picking Slips / Invoices / POD’s / Courier documents)
• Following up on POD’s and assisting the accounts department in regard to this
• Assisting where needed
• Attention to detail

 

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant reception experience
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license (Essential)
• Looking for someone who presentable, vibrant and friendly
• Must be very well spoken
• Don’t need to come from any specific industry / background
• English / Afrikaans speaking
• (M – Th) 07:30 – 16:30 / (F) 07:30 – 15:30

Computer Literacy:

• Must be computer literate
• MS Word / Excel / Outlook
• Pastel Evolution (advantageous)

Benefits:
