AECOM is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Supervisor to be based at our project in Beulah, North Dakota.
Position Description
- Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
- Assists in the evaluation of business opportunities and potential profitability and leads the proposal plan and schedule development process.
- Supervises junior staff through task development, establishing and maintaining goals and expectations, and documenting performance related issues and achievements.
- Oversees continuous professional development for staff, documents employee performance issues and participates in resolutions as appropriate.
- Identifies and develops talent.
- Maintains positive working relationship with peer leaders.
- Establishes and maintains clear goals and expectations for the organization.

Minimum Requirements Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business or related field, or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
Experience:
- Entrants to this position require 8 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction projects or operating industrial facilities in a planning and scheduling position including some field experience required with 4+ years preferred.
- Must be proficient in P6 (Primavera software).
- Field experience required.
- EPC experience in Oil & Gas or Power.
