Hospice Plett seeks to appoint a Social Worker and Professional Nurse to be based in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape.

Job Title: Professional Nurse
Location: Western Cape

Requirements:  

• Current registration with SANC
• Palliative Care trained and or experience
• Community Nursing experience
• Valid Code B Driver’s License

Job Title: Social Worker
Location: Western Cape

Requirements:  

• Current registration with SACSSP
• 2 years’ experience
• Palliative Care experience
• Valid Code B Driver’s License
• Proficient in at least two of the main languages in Bitou
