Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Blackheath, Western Cape

We are a leading Group of Companies in the Construction and Building industry, committed to equitable employment in the workplace. We have a challenging new opportunity in our IT Department, based in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements:
IT Diploma or 4 years equivalent experience in a customer-facing support role
Sound technical knowledge of computer hardware, TCP/IP networking and wifi technologies
Technical knowledge of Office 365 and related technologies
Working knowledge on Microsoft Server 2016 and later
Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong customer service orientation
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to speak, read and write in English
Self-motivated and driven
Valid driver’s license and willing to travel

General 1st/2nd line support in a corporate environment
Vendor qualifications (Ubiquiti, Microsoft, Cisco)
