Our client based in Mafikeng is looking for a Store Manager for a Telecommunications company.

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall Management of the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure store profitability through the achievement of sales and targets, stock management, customer service excellence and employee management.

Key Performance Areas:
Main responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Retail store operations management
Supervise staff including tracking weekly/monthly performance.
Sales target Management – Promote and sell mobile products, contracts, and other offered services to various Clientele
Customer needs management – Grow, build, and maintain loyal customer base.
Stock control management, Compliance and Financial management
Conduct weekly activations.

Qualifications and Experience:
Senior Certificate and certificate in office admin or relevant
At least 2-3 in retail accompanied with sales experience (advantage if Telecommunications)
People management or supervision experience is a pre-requisite.
Required to work retail/ flexible hours.
Relocation to another store when required
Proficiency in English and knowledge of computer literacy

Salary is R7000 excluding commission and incentives
