MAIN PURPOSE
Take full responsibility for installer stock and the asset management process as well as all controls that are applicable

JOB OBJECTIVES
To oversee, co-ordinate and manage the process of Requisitions and Purchase Orders
Maintain purchase order data
Send approved purchase orders to suppliers
To oversee, co-ordinate and manage the process of receipting invoices in line with Finance process and requirements
Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
Maintain purchase order data
Send approved purchase orders to suppliers
Weekly order status reporting
To perform detailed stock reconciliation (Cisco devices, Satellite and any other new product) to internal systems
To provide support to VB Project Management team in respect of VB customer orders and contracts
To liaise with all stakeholders to ensure proper financial and budgeting control are followed for all Vodacom Business orders
To continuously improve and develop stores/logistics processes and asset tracking practices within Vodacom Business
To compile, track and maintain divisional budgets: Capital, Administration Overhead and Direct Expenditure
To prepare expenditure forecasts of Managed Services divisions budgets: Capital, Administration Overhead and Direct Expenditure
To compile Capital, Administration Overhead and Direct Expenditure reports, indicating and tracking expenditures and variances on a monthly basis and liaise with ME and EHODs to discuss discrepancies
To assist with the implementation of proper financial, budgeting and asset management processes across Managed Services division and in line with Finance and Procurement requirements
Notify project managers of delays

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Matric and a 3 Year Qualification in Commerce/ Accountancy *essential*
3 – 5 years commercial Financial processes and Procurement experience *essential*
Exposure to a stock and asset management system would be an advantage
