SALARY : R183 438 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : The formal qualification for this post is a 3 year Degree or equivalent Diploma. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and other relevant government legislation is desirable.
The candidate should at least have 1 year 6 months experience in office administration. Must have effective communication and report writing as well as sound administration skills.
The candidate should have appropriate experience in general office administration, workflow management and client service. The prospective candidate should be pro-active, effective and self-confident and be able to work in a diverse team.
The candidate should have excellent verbal and writing skills. Competency in Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of project management would be an advantage.
DUTIES : Assist in the co-ordination and monitoring of projects funded from grants and donor funding. Serve as a Secretariat for project meetings. Compile submissions, reports and memos.
Support the middle managers in the programme reporting and evaluation of projects for the effective and efficient utilization of project funds. Recording and tracking of submissions received by and sent out of the project coordination unit. Perform any other duties delegated from time to time in the Directorate.
