Project Administrator Job Opportunities
Job Function Note:
Support the Project Manager and cluster team in respect of company level and broader cluster level activities.
Job Requirements:
- Administer cluster activities – supporting the cluster teams in the delivery of the cluster business plan
- Administer day to day opertional aspects of a programme – communicating to and behalf of team, manage the cluster diary, coordinate cluster activities under supervision of project manager or relevant facilitator
- Organise and administrate cluster workshops
- Organise Technical Steering committee Meetings, executive committee meetings and Annual General meetings
- Record, draft and finalise minutes of meetings when requested and subsequent distribution of minutes approved by project manager or other relevant person
- Ensure programme documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Effectively conveys the company analysts and cluster message in both written and verbal discussions
- Addition to and distribution of cluster newsletters
- Create and sustain good relationsips with member firms and other stakeholders where appropriate
- Keep informed of industry developments
- Contribute to new cluster business plans and related budgets by identifying areas for administrative improvements and improved cost managment activities
- Travel arrangments for cluster team
- Update resource manager to reflect accurate information
- Supports cluster team through ad hoc activities that are not specified above – this may include running errands, arranging travel and accomodation for external consultants
- Manage self in day to day cluster activities and engagements
- Maintains relationships with stakeholders
- Communicates effectiviely with stakeholders
