PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: (X3 POSITIONS: HUMAN CAPITAL
INVESTMENT
(12 Months Contract)

CENTRE: BLOEMFONTEIN (1 POST)

SALARY: R170 799 PER ANNUM

REQUIREMENTS: Three year tertiary qualification from recognized and accredited institutions in the
following fields: Public Management, Business Management; Human Resource Management, or
qualification in Social Science. Two (2) years working experience in Project / Programme Administration,
valid unendorsed drivers licence. Skills: Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to work under pressure and
dead line driven. Advance computer literacy, MS Word and Excel. Good verbal and Written
Communication skills, Organising, Planning and Time Management Skills. Ability to work without close
supervision. Knowledge of Filing System Management and Knowledge of Financial Management.

DUTIES: Recruitment and Appointment of Trainees. Allocating Trainees to Mentors. Facilitate Induction
for Trainees. Procurement of Protective Equipment (PPE) and trainees resources. Facilitate development
of Trainees Workplans. Monitoring and Evaluation of the Training Programmes. Develop and Maintain
Trainees database. Manage allocated budget. Provide quarterly reports to HCI Head Office. Management
of Stakeholder relations.

POST : PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: (X2 POSITIONS), (12 MONTHS CONTRACT),

CENTRE : HEAD OFFICE (2 POSTS)
SALARY : R115 212 per annum

REQUIREMENTS: Matric, NQF Level 4 or 5 in Management/ Administration, NCV Level 4 in
Management/ Administration, qualification from recognized and accredited institutions. Two (2) years
working experience in Project / Programme Administration. Skills: Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to
work under pressure and dead line driven. Advance computer literacy, MS Word and Excel. Good verbal
and Written Communication skills, Organising, Planning and Time Management Skills. Knowledge of
Filing System Management and Knowledge of Financial Management.

DUTIES: Provide practitioner support to all recruitment and appointment of Trainees. Administering
payment of Services SETA and CETA Interns stipend. Provide administrative support for Induction and
Life Skills workshops. Provide administrative to the Monitoring team. Consolidate Regional Offices reports
to be submitted to CETA and Services SETA. Consolidate Regional Trainees database and submit to
PSETA and DPSA. Provide updated National statistics of trainees. Provide Secretarial to Joint Project
Management Team.
