PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (THREE (3) CONTRACT POSTS FOR A CONTRACT PERIOD OF 3 YEARS)
Directorate: Food and Nutrition Security Coordination
SALARY : R227 802 per annum plus 37% of salary in lieu of benefits
CENTRE : HSRC Building, Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma (or equivalent qualification) plus 1-2 years’
experience in project or office administration. A Certificate in Project Administration or
Management will be an added advantage. Knowledge of project administration, financial,
provisioning and procurement prescripts and procedures, document management,
tracking and retrieving of information, PFMA and Public Service Regulations.

DUTIES : Key Responsibilities: Provide financial assistance services including budget planning,
expenditure monitoring, recording and facilitate the processing of transfer payments to
Implementing Agents. Establish and maintain project documentation repository and
database. Provide stakeholder coordination support services and facilitate flow of
communication between project teams, responsible managers and project sponsors.
