Project Assistant Job Opportunity

ATNS is seeking a candidate to provide project assistance to the CNS Department to enable smooth, efficient and effective running of the research and development projects and the project planning activities.

Major Activity

?Financial administration of project requirements against budget and tracking of expenditure
?Creating and Receiving Project Accounting Purchase Orders and follow-up the payments for allocated projects with remittance advice every month
?Maintain and update the projects payment schedule and advise all project stakeholders of changes
?Ensure invoices are received and processed on time as per the payment schedule
?Assist and follow-up on project reporting and schedule reviews (target dates for ATNS Management Committees meetings)
?Assist with project meetings and taking minutes when required
?Maintain an oversight of the relevant project contract to ensure the deliverables are as per the contract and milestone payment schedule
?Maintain a project document tracking and registration process
?Prepare a monthly report for all project status issues as per directive.
?Co-ordination of conferences, seminars , workshops and projects meetings
?Typing, preparation and assembly of reports and presentations for the different projects
?Support and ensure compliance with the ATNS Quality Management System

Minimum Qualifications

?Grade 12;

Desirable additional Education:
Project Management Certificate
Minimum Experience ? 3 years experience as a Project Assistant on multi-disciplinary projects
