Job Description

Job Requirements
The role of a Process Consultant, in IQ, is about creating value to our clients, by redefining their business through process optimisation and been able to document these changes for the rest of the project team and the client.
You will need a thorough understanding of the following:
• Methodologies, techniques and tools used in the industry
• Best practice in the industry
• Diagramming and documenting standards and procedures
• Comprehensive understanding of business process optimisation
• Team leadership

Job Experience:
Minimum of 4 plus years in a consulting environment and possibly experience in a large corporate
Experience must show commitment and loyalty with logical career growth
Relevant commercial or IT degree with applicable certifications or training
Typical responsibilities of a Process Specialist:
• Initiating Projects, by establishing project requirement, objectives and deliverables
• Planning projects activities, tasks, scope, scheduling, budgeting, co-ordination of resources
• Implementing and controlling projects
• Formally closing projects
• Managing client’s expectations
• Managing project problems and conflict
• Taking accountability of projects
• Leading and directing teams
