Key responsibilities

• Executing delivery projects or subprojects according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget
• Preparing, planning, executing and closing the project or sub project.
• Ensure implementation of Delivery Packages and final implementation acceptance
• Overall responsibility for project acceptance
• Plan and communicate accurate demand figures (equipment & resources)
• Ensure that all project (roll-out) targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using global tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones
• Lead and monitor the project/sub project team including partner/service suppliers
• Ownership of the project and team deliverables
• Participation in project reviews of own and other solutions
• Manage Change Request lifecycle
• Alignment of technical solution to business requirements
• Responsibility of testing/QA/Delivery of activities carried out in accordance with defined processes
• Leverage global (TATA India) resources to improve customer value chain

Requirements, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate for this post should have the following: 

Qualification and Skills:

• Prince II Foundation
• Prince II Practioner
• Appropriate qualification
• Grade 12

Experience:

• Continuous Advanced Solutions Delivery exposure and improvement
• Communicate at senior customer level
• Experience in the Neotel strategic bidding process
• Skill requirements (Top 5) Include skill requirements in domain, leadership and behavioural: Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) at senior customer level
• Project resource management (People, teams, 3rd party)
• Customer business process analysis and required project execution
• Customer retention disposition and subsequent organic growth
• High level of product knowledge at business and project execution level
• + 3years project management experience
• Strong track record in Project Management
