PROPERTY CARETAKER LEVEL 2 9 POSTS REF NO: HRM10/21

SALARY : R73 044 per annum

CENTRE : Steve Biko Academic Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10 or higher school qualification with experience working in formal cleaning environment/grounds/waste. Ability to work with fellow workers and willingness to relieve or relocated in other sections of Administration & Logistics. Previous working experience. Ability to work under and willingness to work shifts.

DUTIES : Maintenance and development of hospital ground and gardens. Removals of garden waste. Planting of plants and flowers. Cutting of trees. Watering of plants and flowers. Preparation of events platforms. Willingness to perform cleaning activities in cleaning department. Maintenance of horticulture equipment. Adhere to safety regulations (Occupational Health & safety act).
