Main Purpose:
To manage provincial marketing, sales, client services & administration processes within Cornerstone
Key performance Areas
Develop Provincial Marketing & Sales Business plan
Provincial marketing & sales activities and company branding
Sales budget – setting of targets according to uniform criteria Resources & infrastructure requirements Obtain approval from Senior Manager: National Marketing & Sales To review & update business plan Communicate plan to employees & independent contractors Financial budget for all resources
Implement Sales Policy and Plan
Implementation of sales policies & procedures
Manage sales staff performance Monitor regional progress Compile management report
Develop and sustain custmer and stakeholder relations
Attend customer queries & concerns
Deploy the correct interactions and processes Research stakeholder analysis
Manage provincial offices, administration and client services
Manage provincial sales satff in terms of recruitment, selection and training and development
Visit Cornerstone regions Oversee the administrative activites related to sales Liaise with human resouces on training needs and support Ovesees client services, sales staff and offices Retain sales staff Render support in terms of client services / administration when required
Risk Management
Identify and assess sales related risk
Implement control measures Provide report to the management

Job Requirements
Education:
Marketing and slaes related qualification
Business Management qualification as an added advantage
FAIS Accreditation
Experience
3 years in Marketing and Sales
3 years in Customer Relations
3 years in Budget
3 years in People Management
3 years in Communication and Stakeholders relations
Knowledge
Councilors, Traditional leaders and SASSA
