Job Title: Human Resources Manager (IT Industry)

Job Summary:

Support company culture and business goals through the implementation of a
Human Resource strategy.
Develop and maintain Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with South African labour laws.
Responsible for all RSA HR management including grievances, disciplinary issues,
employment contracts, succession planning and any employee related services.

Minimum qualification and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
10 + years’ experience in the HR field
5 years management experience
