SALARY : R115 212 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Ideal Candidate Profile: • Must be in possession of a Senior Certificate with typing
skills (Post matric certificate will be an advantage) • Must be computer literate •
Understanding Public Service challenges for elementary staff • Developed problem
identification and problem solving skills at elementary level • Enjoy working with
people • Must be a team player • Have good communication skills • Able to handle
confidential information • Exposure to registry functions, record-keeping and filing •
Ability to work under pressure • A Valid code 08 (Code B) driver’s license will be an
added advantage.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for: •
Providing efficient secretarial support services to the Parliamentary Office • Perform
frontline reception and switchboard duties for the Parliamentary Office • Manage an
effective filing system • Perform office administrative duties• Management of
stationery.
