Job Title: Director Clinical Services
Location: South Africa

A senior member of the Management Committee, the candidate will lead and direct all clinical programmes under the Pulse Health Group and manage all internal clinical staff to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of clinical services. This will include designing and leading strategies to improve the implementation of the VMMC Program across all service points.

Supervise clinical teams to ensure quality clinical programmes which are provided in accord a few with National and international guidelines mainly the Advanced Clinical Care Programme. Identify opportunities for development and delivery of new programmes and manage the internal operational clinical teams to assist in improving business process efficiency, thereby maximizing the success of the business.

Critical Requirements

• A Medical Degree and/or a Diploma in HIV and Medicine or Equivalent
• Valid and current registration with HPCSA
• Experience in VMMC
• Experience or exposure to managing DR TB and HIV DR
• Advanced degree in MPH, PhD, or related degree in public health will be an advantage
• Significant experience in the HIV/AIDS & TB Programs, health systems strengthening and capacity building
