Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:

• Assist in all categories of the purchasing department including; Administration, Supplier Relations, Buying of Product, Analysis and Trading
• Key duties being:
• Communicating with suppliers.
• Assisting buyer with range selection.
• Trading best and worst sellers through replenishment and negotiating delivery dates.
• Assisting with marketing.
• Coordinating between Finance and purchasing department.
• Quality controlling of products going live in terms of pricing, visuals and details.

Essential skills, education and knowledge required:

• 3 year Diploma or Degree in retail management or fashion.
• Knowledge of retail and buying function.
• Ability to think proactively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
