We are currently looking for a Junior-Mid level Management Accountant.
We are looking for an individual with lots of drive and zest to join this growing company and enjoy the responsibilities of:
•Managing full debtors function
•Full creditors function
•Invoicing in Pastel
•Cashbook payment allocations
•Reconciliation of Cash book and various accounts
•Budgets and Forecasting
•To perform monthly variance analysis
•To monitor expenses, reporting and reconciliations.
•Supply relevant management information at month end to Management/Holding company
•Responsible for all reporting, information, assistance in annual company Audit. (External Audit).
•Supply and discuss relevant documentation in preparation for board meetings.
•Forecasting and monthly analytic reviews.
•Key support to the MD/GM in the definition and implementation of the finance division strategy/plan in line with the company’s vision and objectives.
In addition and part of this is to be able to do interpretation of the Finances and communicate this efficiently and competently over to Management.
•A National Diploma or degree in Finance a definite advantage
•At least three to five years’ experience in financial management positions.
•Computer literate (MS Office)
•Proficient in Excel (non-negotiable).
•You need to have three to four years Pastel experience and relevant accounting or financial experience and be able to balance your books in Pastel.
•Knowledge in Pastel Partner V.11
•Independent and critical thinking

•Highly Analytical, precise and numerical abilities
•Ability to work under pressure
