QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER REF NO: 1/2/15

SALARY : R532 278 – R627 000 per annum, all inclusive

REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate NQF7 in Agriculture or equivalent qualification and a certificate in
Total Quality Management. 6 years appropriate experience in academic quality assurance.

Computer skills Good knowledge of the subject field Planning & Organizing skills.

Formal Training and Presentation skills. Project management skills .

Analytical skills. Creativity. People management. Conflict management.

Customer focus and responsiveness. Problem solving Skills. Valid Drivers
License.

DUTIES : Ensure quality planning is conducted. Ensure compliance with the Accreditation
requirements linked to curriculum and staff development Coordinate all ATI
committees and partnerships. Perform and oversee Administrative and related
functions.
