QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER REF NO: LET/13/2015 SALARY : R243 747 per annum

CENTRE : CENTRAL OFFICE (TZANEEN) REQUIREMENTS : A recognized three years National Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree majoring in Statistics or Internal Auditing. A qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage. Knowledge of ISO9001 code. Be able to use Microsoft packages. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work individually and in a team. Ability to work under pressure. Analytical, planning and organizing skills. Valid driver’s license. Thorough understanding of Batho-pele Principles.

DUTIES : Preparing of all the quality system documents. Co-coordinating all QA/QC activities. Ensuring that the quality of records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements. Actioning and closing all customer complaints. Ability to plan, schedule execute and close projects.

Providing progress information for incorporation into project. Ensuring that all polices are reviewed and meets the required standard. Assisting the college with the coordination of audit information and recommends appropriate data gathering mechanism and procedures. Reviewing testing, quality control and other testing report for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements to ensure that quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements are met.
