 Important Relationships 
  • Build a strong working relationship with your client service account team
  • Build a strong and mutually respectful relationship with the operational departments within the company
  • Ensure good communication with operational departments and proactively spot problems early

  • Be an ambassador for Millward Brown at all times
Technical Competencies required:
  • Pc literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007+
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • Level appropriate qualitative research skills
Previous experience of:
  • At least 5 year’s relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
  • A passion for brands and advertising is a must, a curiosity as to understand consumer thinking and opinion and a desire to advise clients how to improve their brands performance in the market place.
  • Regularly presenting to clients
  • Managing all stages of projects from brief to presentation
  • At least one years experience managing a small team/line reports
 Minimum qualifications:
  • 3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, economics of social sciences
