Job Title: Aftersales Specialist Mobile Devices/ ICT 6 – 12 Months Contract – West Rand (JHB)
Location: West Rand

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Device Repairs

Track repairs for all EBU customers through OEMs
Ensure that OEMs meet & exceed their SLA
Ensure that all OEMs are onboarded for aftersales performance
Loan unit management

Ensure availability of loan units in various locations
Oversea governance with internal stakeholders to reduce pilferage
Resolve customer related issues with loan unit issuing
Manage lifecycle of loan units
Engage with internal stakeholders or customers to resolve any issues or enhancements required.
Manage stock take of units across national teams
Prepare monthly or adhoc reports on loan units.
Insurance product

Promote, Track and support insurance offering to business customers
Updating pricing for business customers
Track and resolve any disputes that may arise with the Insurance partner.
Reporting

Dashboard all aftersales requests with tracking of key KPI items
Present actionable insights in Device S&OP sessions
Communication and Collaboration

Drive training with sales and other internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Aftersales team to develop chargeable aftersales products
Stabilise a regular rhythm with all stakeholders

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric plus Tertiary Education
Any logistics or project management courses would be beneficial
Experience in

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment with preference for Telecoms industry
Experience in creation reports/dashboards or visualistions
Have experience in the “art of persuasion”
will be advantageous

Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R 176 per hour
Contract:6- 12 months
