We’re urgently seeking experienced Telecommunications/ICT/IT Service Delivery Managers – 6 to 12 months Contract – West Rand (Gauteng). To ensure continuity and quality of service to our client’s EBU high net worth customers. Highly dynamic and fluctuating Telecommunications and ISP industry

Job Title: Telecommunications/ICT/IT Service Delivery Managers
Location: West Rand

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure accurate service inventory throughout the customer operational lifecycle
Customer and service take-on to ensure correct service implementation.
Ensure management processes and procedures in relation to the internal management structures
Ensure accurate Incident closure
Problem management – identification and tracking to closure root causes
Support areas of business must be adequately trained and given necessary tools to develop, manage and support the products
Service improvement

Complete root cause analysis assessments and ensure implementation of recommended corrective actions.

Ensure customer engagement agreement and documented for Business continuity purposes
Manage all non-billing impacting changes – technology, configuration changes, additional IP addresses, telephone numbers etc.
Manage billing impacting changes – upgrades/downgrades, site moves/migrations, terminations, renewals
Manage operational governance with client, including governance contacts,

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric plus
3-year Diploma
Minimum 3 years Customer Service Management / ICT / (IT Service Delivery Manager)
Minimum 5 years in Telecommunication industry, enterprise based and Fixed line opco

Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R176 per hour (non-negotiable)
