SALARY : R103 494 per annum
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate ·Good typing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in MS Word, the internet and e-mail. Good interpersonal relations and telephonic skills

·Strong administrative, organizational and general office management skill, as well as any other functions deemed necessary at the time of employment and. Relevant experience in Secretariat support will be an added advantage.


DUTIES : Provide administrative and executive support to the Secretariat · Take responsibility for the aesthetic appearance of the reception area. Receive visitors and answer the telephone ·Reply, admit or refer and direct visitors or callers to the relevant manager/deputy manager/official.

Contact the relevant bodies to request information and make follow-ups ·Reply to queries on behalf of the Manager· Arrange meetings with stakeholders and effected parties, confirm and remind the relevant official of correspondence to be attended to Organize refreshments for visitors ·

Type and send letters (by e-mail)·Keep a register for all incoming and outgoing mail ·Ensure that security regulations regarding visitors are observed
